The Mobile Community Recycling Service (MCRS) provides a safe, convenient and FREE way for residents to recycle items that don't belong in the bin.
The first NSW EPA-approved and licensed mobile collection service.
The Mobile Community Recycling Service is available to residents of Cumberland Council, Blacktown City Council and City of Parramatta Council.
The service aims to provide an easy and convenient way for residents to recycle or safely dispose of household problem wastes including; gas bottles, fire extinguishers, paint, batteries, oils, fluoro lights, smoke detectors and electronic waste (E-waste). MCRS also helps reduce the risk of garbage truck fires by keeping problem waste out of bins.
Residents simply book a free collection at www.problemwaste.com.au and the MCRS truck will pick up their problem waste from outside their home.
