To enter simply submit a photo of your reuse, repair or repurpose project and tell us how your entry showcases reuse, repair and/or repurpose.
Three judges will select the local area winner and grand prize winner. Entry is open to all Australian residents.

2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the Competition, the decision of CR will be final.
   ENTRANTS
3. The Competition is open to all Australian residents, including employees of CR and RRA. If you are under 18, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter the Competition subject to the Terms and Conditions.
4. CR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has grounds to believe the entrant has breached the Terms and Conditions or any entry that is deemed offensive, derogatory or racist.
   ENTRIES
5. Multiple entries are permitted. Each entry should be submitted separately.
6. Entries may be submitted from 8:00am AEDST Monday, 20 October 2025 and close midnight AEDST Saturday, 15 November 2025 and must be submitted by completing the online form at resourcerecovery.org.au/competition. Entries received outside of this time will not be considered.
7. The winner/s will be publicly announced via Resource Recovery Australia's social media channels on Friday 28 November 2025. Winners will also be notified by telephone and/or email.
8. All entries should feature reuse, repair or repurposing and showcase sustainable practices. Judges will look for creativity, resourcefulness and originality. Entry's must include:
   1. The entrant's full name
   2. The entrant's contact details, including email address, phone number and/or mailing address
   3. A description stating how reuse, repair and repurposing has been incorporated into the entry) (max 250 words).
   4. One or more high resolution image/s of the entry (the entry will be judged on this photo)
9. CR does not accept any responsibility for any lost, damaged or delayed entries from any cause.
   PRIZES
10. The winner(s) will be determined by a panel of three judges who will judge all competition entries based on the photograph and description included in the entry. The judges' decision is final. If a prize is not claimed the judging panel will reconvene to decide on another winner. The winner(s) may be requested by CR to become involved in further publicity related to the Competition.
11. The prizes will consist of the following:
    • Overall winner – ($300.00 AUD Visa gift card)
    • Local winners at each Reviva community – at the time of publication this includes Rockhampton, Noosa, MidCoast, Dunmore and Darwin – ($200 AUD Visa gift card)
    • All winners will feature on CR's marketing and promotional materials.
    • Total prize package $1500.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE OF ENTRIES
13. You retain copyright in your entry and grant CR a non-exclusive licence to reproduce your entry on its website, social media and traditional media formats.
14. You consent to the publication of your name in connection with the Competition and your entry.
    17. You warrant that your entry is your original work and that it is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights, privacy or any other rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify CR for any loss resulting from a breach of this warranty and release CR from any liability for any damage or loss by you entering the Competition or accepting any prize.
    PRIVACY
15. Personal information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) and may be accessed by the entrant, on request to CR.
